Therapy for Women’s Issues with Colleen Perry, MFT
A supportive space to reconnect with your voice, your needs, and your sense of self.
As women, we often carry so much—responsibilities, expectations, the emotional weight of others—while navigating our own personal, relational, and societal challenges. Whether you're moving through a life transition, feeling overwhelmed or unseen, struggling with self-worth, or simply trying to hold everything together, you deserve space to be heard, supported, and understood.
Therapy for women’s issues provides a safe, nurturing environment where you can explore the parts of yourself that have been silenced, dismissed, or stretched too thin. Together, we’ll look at the patterns, pressures, and pain points that may be getting in the way of your peace or personal growth.
Common areas we may explore together include:
- Anxiety, depression, or burnout
- Relationship and boundary challenges
- Motherhood, fertility, postpartum changes and menopause
- Body image and self-esteem
- Career identity and work-life balance
- Life transitions such as divorce, grief, or aging
- Cultural, gender-based, or intergenerational expectations
As a woman and a therapist, I understand how layered and complex our experiences can be. My goal is to help you untangle those layers with care—so you can reconnect with your inner strength, trust your voice, and build a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
You don’t have to do this alone. You are allowed to take up space, to ask for help, and to choose yourself—without guilt or apology. When you're ready, I'm here to walk beside you.
