Infidelity, Separation & Divorce Counseling with Colleen Perry, MFT
A safe space to process pain, rebuild trust, and find clarity—together or apart.
When trust is broken, or when a relationship reaches a crossroads, it can feel like the ground has shifted beneath you. Whether you're facing the aftermath of infidelity, contemplating separation, or adjusting to the reality of divorce, you're likely carrying deep pain, uncertainty, and difficult questions about the future.
These are some of the most vulnerable moments a couple or individual can experience—and you don’t have to go through them alone.
In our work together, I provide a calm, nonjudgmental space where we can unpack the layers of emotion that come with betrayal, disconnection, or the end of a relationship. Therapy isn’t about assigning blame—it’s about understanding what happened, how it has affected each person, and what path forward feels most healing and true.
If infidelity has occurred, we’ll explore what led to the rupture, how each partner is coping, and what it might look like to rebuild trust—if that’s what you both choose. Healing from betrayal takes time, honesty, and patience. Therapy can help create a structure for those difficult conversations, allowing space for hurt, hope, and repair.
If you’re navigating separation or divorce, we’ll focus on supporting both individuals through the emotional and practical transitions that follow. We may work through grief, anger, fear, or guilt—while also addressing things like co-parenting, communication, and boundary-setting. My goal is to help you find clarity, reduce conflict, and make choices that prioritize your well-being and the well-being of any children involved.
Whether you're working toward reconciliation, seeking closure, or learning how to co-parent after parting ways, this is a space where your experiences are honored and your pain is met with compassion. Every relationship is unique, and so is every healing journey.
Here, there’s room for your heartache, your questions, and your hope. Together, we can move through the complexity—toward greater clarity, empowerment, and emotional healing.
